What is the function of undo and redo command

.....the undo command allows us to rectify our mistake if we typed something wrong....
.....the redo command is used to bring a word back that u undoed unknowingly or by mistake.....

The undo key is Ctrl+Z and its function is to reverse anything which is last done by you. So any changes made in the last time will get erased.

In case of the redo key, the function is to do any cation “n” number of times.

The key for this is Ctrl+Y. Using these shortcuts you can perform any of these functions.
