UV rays are transmitted from Sun which can cause skin cancer when the UV rays touches an organism.
Ozone Layer just reflect the UV rays.

right but that's artificial UV light. like we have torches there are UV torches which can be used to make o3 (aka ozone)
natural Uv rays coming from sun just cause cancer and other diseases in animal and other destructive diseases in plants
not artifical uv

uv just breaks o2 into 2 o atoms. if one o atom then combines with o2 molecule then o3 is formed. it's quite rare
but for its association energy is reqd.

UV rays or Ultra Violet rays are harmful rays emitted by sun along with the light rays. These rays can cause serious problems but the Ozone layer of our atmosphere prevents these rays from entering the troposphere and eventually coming in contact with our skin.

yes to some extent. the other part of UV rays is reflected back in space
also à part of the UV rays enter the atmosphere (ozone cannot completely block or reflect them)
i think some part is reflected while some part use by the o3 and o to form a bond
