in cell, vacuoles r the empty spaces. they r used to store extra water. they also contain waste materials. moreover in unicellular organism , food vacoule is used to obtain food.

vacuole is membrane bound of  sac like structure.

it is big in plants but small in animals..

it contains amino acid, sugar, organic acid ect.

and it develops false feet known as pseudopodia to take food in that sac....
