Mouth salivary gland-salivary amylase-break down of carbohydrates into maltose.

Stomach gastric gland-Dilute HCl,Mucus,pepsin-proteins into Amino acids,protect the inner layer of stomach, proteins into pepton.

Pancreas-Trypsin,lipase and pancreatic amylase-fats into fatty acid + glycesol

Liver- --------- - Emulsification

Small intestine - all enzymes- proteins into Amino acids , fats into fatty acid and carbohydrates into small sugar particles.
