please mark it as a brainlist..
the general form would reflect the number of dimension and be entirely zeros - save for the y value. Any point y-axis will have x-coordinate 0. The y-coordinate keeps changing for different points on y-axis. Hence, the general form of any point on y-axis is (0,y) where y keeps varying.
