Hey there,

Just like boys have a genetic composition of XY+44 and girls have genetic composition of XY+44, transgenders are of 4 types and all of them are not having normal that is 46 chromosomes(including sex chromosomes).

TYPES OF TRANS GENDERS:---

1. TURNER's SYNDROME
Genetic material=X+44, therefore has 45 chromosomes

2. FEMALE-LIKE SYNDROME
Genetic material=XXX+44, therefore has 47 chromosomes

3. JACOB's SYNDROME
Genetic material=Y+44, therefore has 45 chromosomes

4. KLENEFELTER's SYNDROME
Genetic material=XXY+44, therefore has 47 chromosomes
