I would say the greatest challenge is to be independent.

i.e. To be able to make decision (not to get a decision) and to execute it.

To be able to make one, you will need to have self-confidence. To know yourself – strengths and weakness, desires/passions.

To be willing to make mistakes!

To have a direction in life. You will need to be able to gather information and analyze what are the missing parts - you will need to decide in ambiguous environment.

To take responsibility for your decisions. And its implications on you, your dears/employees/community….
