Heat capacity:-

The amount of heat required to raise the temperature of the substance through 1°C is called heat capacity.

Formula:-

 \large \bf{C= \frac{q}{∆T} }

Where,

C - Heat capacity

q - Amount of heat absorbed

∆T - Raise in temperature
