Hey !!

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER,,

let in ∆ ABC,

BC is a base and AD is height.

BC = x
AD = y

Area of ∆ ABC = 1/2 AD × BC

Given that area of ∆ ABC is 20 times it's base.

so,
Area of ∆ ABC = 20×BC
= 20x

Area = 1/2 x × y

2 × 20x = x × y

40x/x = y

y = 40

AD = Height = y = 40

Height of∆ ABC = 40 units

Hope it helps you..

THANKS..
