what is the history of the gondwana lands

I hope this could help u as a science student I could say that about 250 million years ago all the continents were joined into a one super continent called pangea,when the joined continents first began moving apart,there were two large continents laurassia and Gondwana land . by 65 million years ago all continents had begun to separate .this process is continuing today. North America and Europe are moving apart , presently at a rate of about 2 cm per year.so we could say that Gondwana is one of the major continent formed from pangea before million years.thank u
