7

the difference in this value is of 7 (22-15)=7

so the n term is

an= a+(n-1) d

a100= 15+(100-1)7

a100= 15 + 693

a100 = 707

therefore the hundred term is 707

Answer:

the hundredth term in the sequence 15,22,29,36,43,...is 708

Step-by-step explanation:

The nth term of an arithmetic progression is given as:

Let aₙ be the nth term, a₀ the first term, and d be the common difference.

The nth term of the arithmetic progression is given by:

aₙ = a₀ + (n - 1)d

From the question, the common difference is (22 - 15) = 7

a₀ = 15  n = 100

Doing substitution we have:

a₁₀₀ = 15 + (100 - 1)7

a₁₀₀ = 708
