What is the hybridization of N³−? Why can't use this formula 1/2 [V+X−C+A] to determine the hybridization of N³−, alkane, alkene, alkyne?

the hybridization of this ion is sp3 it resembles with that of alkane but this ion is not alkane group because alkane is a hydrocarbon
