In chemistry, the term“hygroscopic” is given to substances which have the tendency to either absorb or adsorb moisture from the atmosphere around them. Soluble substances which are so hygroscopic that they dissolve in the water they absorb from the atmosphere are called “deliquescent”

hi dear here is the answer
hygroscopic salts :- Hygroscopy is the phenomenon of attracting and holding water molecules from the surrounding environment, which is usually at normal or room temperature. This is achieved through either absorption or adsorption with the adsorbing substance becoming physically changed
hygroscopic:- tending of a substance to absorb moisture from the air.
relating to humidity or its measurement.
