A balance diet is important to have a healthy body. Every vitamin, mineral and nutrient is important in the right amount, nothing more nothing less. Both the deficiency and excess of it will create problems. Every sort of nutrient has it's importance in maintaining our body. Like Vitamin A is for night blindness, D for bones and a lot more. Hence, a balanced diet everyday is crucial for the growth and well being of the body.
