balanced diet has a great importance in our life. Balanced diet has a perfect balance of all the nutrients we need to have in your day to day life. It has a balance of nutrients as follows:
1) carbohydrates
2) proteins
3)fats
4) vitamins and minerals

If you have the balance diet consisting of these nutrients, you will never fall sick. It provides a good immune system to our body. If you have a good immune system, you will never fall sick.
