bile juice is associated with the digestion of fat in the alimentary canal and fat is one of the most complex thing to digest and for this it is very necessary to separate globules because fat is present in form of large globules which are are very hard to be digested by enzymes so this bile juice break down the fat globules by the process of emulsification. Hence it is very important.

also it kills the bacteria present after various digestive actions and also increase the absorption of fat.
