Importance of decentralization:
1) it helps to share power to the lower level one to the third tier of the government.
2) people have better knowledge about the issues in their locality.
3) they know better and how to spend money judicuosly.
4)some issues are better settled at the lower level.
5) and by decentralizing people in the local level in the rural and urban can participate directly in the decision making and can aquire a stake in the government.
By the division of power , it helped to give more power and autonomy to the local self government.
