DIFFUSION :- Diffusion is a major process involve in the transfer of molecules  across the cell membrane, these molecules may be solid food stuff, waste products, drugs, hormones, enzymes etc.                                  OSMOSIS:- Osmosis is useful in  the transport of water, dissolve salts and mineral ions. It is also helpful in maintaining water level in plasma. Moreover these processes are involved in  absorption of food materials and water from intestine............................
