Fraternity means the inculcation of a strong feeling of spiritual and psychological unity among the people. In simple words the fraternity is the quality or condition of being brotherly. It is designed to secure dignity of the individual and unity and integrity of the our nation.The promotion of fraternity in India among the people is the fourth objective of the Preamble of our Constitution. The Republic of India has declared three Mission Statements in the form of the Preamble to the Constitution of India. They are:-1. To constitute India into a sovereign, socialist, secular democratic republic.2.
