The importance of nucleus is to direct the cell in all its activities, cell wall protects the cell, gene is called as the functional unit of the DNA which gives rise to a protein, this protein helps the cell to perform different activities.

The nucleus an important organelle pf the cell that contains the ‘genetic material’, the cell wall that is made up of cellulose and lignin serves as an extra protection to the ‘plant cell’. The cell contains DNA but not all DNA is converted to protein.
