The importance of physics in the field of transportation is as follows -

• The transportation is all about the movement of different vehicles by the different mediums of transportation. (Eg. Air,Water,Land etc.)

• Now,this movement of the vehicles are dependent on some factors like the friction, acceleration, gravity, air resistance and many more.

• These factors are basic elements of the physics and a vehicle has to cope up with these elements in order to complete the movement process through the mediums.

• In this way the physics becomes an important part of the transportation.

Explanation:

The transportation is all about the movement of different vehicles by the different mediums of transportation. (Eg. Air,Water,Land etc.) ... These factors are basic elements of the physics and a vehicle has to cope up with these elements in order. The transportation industry is no stranger to the manipulation of everyday physics. Cars and trains utilize the wheel, which provides a smooth, steady motion. Newton's laws of motion are at work as mechanical force and acceleration, action, reaction and inertia. to complete the movement process through the mediums.
