Powersharing is important because of following reasons
1. It reduce the possibilities of the conflict byw social groups .
2. It is good way to ensure the stability of political orders
3. Power sharing is very spirit of democracy. a democratic rule involve sharing power with those affected by it's exercise , and who have to leave with it's effect
