Reproduction is important for the survival of all living things. Without a mechanism for reproduction, life would come to an end. There are two types of reproduction to learn in elementary grades, asexual and sexual reproduction.

It is a process by which a living organism produces more living organisms of it's own kind.
→ To maintain the number of species. So, that they don't become extinct.
→ It leads to variations.
→ It helps to increase population or it increases their number.
→ To maintain the food chain.
