Sleep is as essential as food for physical and mental well-being. Body and the organs are tired after a day's work. To restore them to original level rest is must. Natural state of rest is sleep. And also our mood basically depends on our sleep .If had a sound sleep we will feel energetic otherwise w will be sleepy. This is not good for our health. Doctors too suggest 10-12 hrs sleep for children, 8 hrs for youth , 7 hrs for adult and 4-6 for aged people.
