Sports is something that every individual should play, in order to prevent diseases and to keep themselves fit. We've heard of the famous line saying 'Health Is Wealth'. Indeed, the line is true, but how do we maintain our health?
Healthy foods, yes of course, but not only this, Sports and exercise is also required. Playing outdoor sports increases your blood circulation. We can also breathe fresh air outside. Also, playing sports in teams induces the feeling of brotherhood, sportsmanship and fair play which, in fact, are the qualities which everyone should have. Sports like cricket and football require running, which is good for strengthening of the muscle of our legs. Other sports, like Tennis and Badminton, requires the movement of hands, strenghthening the muscles of our hands. Not to forget the indoor sports like Chess and Ludo increases our mental ability. They require a lot of patience and concentration as well as intelligence. Playing both types of the sports, i.e. Indoors and Outdoors, can develop you both mentally and physically.
