Answer:

Importance of water to plants is to prepare the food. They need some important nutritions to make the food. The process is known as Photosynthesis. Some plants do not have the power for Photosynthesis. Like Venus Flytrap so they eat insects and obtain the nitrogen. Some plants do not require water. Like Cactus etc. So when they grow in Desert they do not require water. Those plants have capable for Photosynthesis they requires Chlorophyll, Water sunlight. Chlorophyll is the green pigment which is present in green leaves. Sunlight is the natural resource which is required for Photosynthesis.

Water is also the natural resource. So water is mainly required for the process of Photosynthesis.
