These are important because no individual will construct a road or anything if he does it may lead to conflict so public facility is important

Public facility is important because we all now that every people is not wealthy any they have to go anywhere while out from their house they use public facility given by government like.. public bus, and if they have to toilet or any other work related to society cleanliness. We use public facility. Municipality or Municipal corporation is responsible for upgrading it.
