The inability of an individual or a society to achieve a minimum standard of living most cases is due to its lack of money. Individuals of the society who dont have enough funds and income to maintain or start a minimum living standard also the countries who does not have enough capital for its development. Even many countries which have it wastes it for their upper classes, for military and it is used by the upper class in corruption of the government. This is my answer. Hope you like my answer.

Some people who are unable to get basic needs such as food, cloths. Homes etc such people are comes under poverty. Such people face many difficulties in life such as health problem as they don’t have enough money to see a doctor; they don’t have any job for support their family and to provide basic requirements. Poverty can be of two types, absolute poverty where people are not even get their basic needs like foods and cloths and relative poverty where people have low income but they can fulfill their basic needs.
