What will be the journal entry when the cartage is paid and has to charge from a customer? Simply add the amount of Cartage to the invoice issued to the Customer, and charge from customer. In case if Cartage is paid after issuing invoice Debit that customer from the amount of Cartage and Credit your Cash/ Bank account.
