KCl mean kirchoff of current law in this law the algebric sum of the current meeting at any junction is always zero .
KVL mean kirchoff of voltage law in this law in a closed loop of electric circuit the algebric sum of all potential difference is always zero .

KCL - The algebraic sum of currents at a junction is always zero I.e the amount of currents enter is equal the amount of currents exists.

KVL - the total potential difference in a closed loop is always zero .

hope it helps you .
