\textbf{We have to find Kinetic Energy of the Object}

According to question we have given;

Mass of the object (m) = 5 kg

Velocity of the object (v) = 7 m/s²

Kinetic Energy = ?

Now, Formula applied here is;

Kinetic Energy = ½ mv²

Now, put the value of m and v in above formula:

So,

K.E. = ½ (5) (7)²

K.E. = ½ (5 × 7 × 7)

K.E. = ½ (245)

K.E. = 122.5 Joules (J)

Here Joule is the unit of Energy.

\textbf{Kinetic Energy (K.E.) = 122.5 Joules (J)}
