12 = 2 \times 2 \times 3 \\ 50 = 2 \times 5 \times 5 \\ lcm \: of \: 12 \: and50 \\ = 2 \times 2 \times 3 \times 5 \times 5 \\ = 4 \times 75 \\ = 300

Prime factors of 12 =2×2×3
Prime factors of 50 = 2×5×5
LCM of (12 and 50)=2×2×3×5×5=300
