What is the least amount of energy required by a man to lift an object weighing (32)0.8 N to a height of 3m​

Weight of the object = (32)0.8N Or 25.6N

Height of lifting the object = 3m

Here,energy is in the form of potential energy.

So,

Potential energy = mgh

= 25.6×3

= 76.8 j
