What is the least number to be multiplied with 16 to make it a perfect cube

 Given \: number \: is \: 16

 Resolve \: 16 \: into \: product \: of \: prime

 factors .

16 = (2×2×2) ×2

Here, 2 doesn't appear in a group of three.

So, 16 is not a perfect cube.

Hence, the smallest number by which it is to be multiplied to make it perfect cube is 2 × 2 = 4

Therefore.,

 = 16 \times 4

 = 64

 = 4^{3}
