To find the LCM ( lowest common multiple) of the numbers , express each number as product of factors.
24 = 2*2*2*3
30 = 2*3*5
54 = 2*3*3*3
LCM = 2*3*2*2*5*3*3 =1080
(Factors that are common to all the three numbers are taken only once)
So the required number is 1080+5=1085
