what is the least number which should be added to 110/7 to make it an integer. Guys plz give step by step explanation I am stuck in this question

Okay so We can make it an integer if the numerator is a multiple of the denominator(7), or in other words, it is divisible by 7

Here it is 110, not a multiple of 7.

The nearest multiple of 7 after 110 is 118

118 - 110 = 8

So we need to add 8/7 to 110/7

8/7 + 110/7 = 118/7

∴ 118/7 = 16, an integer.
