what is the least number which when divided by 27,30 and 90 leaves in each case the same remainder of 9 in each case ​

Divide it by 27 - the remainder is 1, by 30 - remainder is 1 and by 90 - remainder is 1.

Actually the easiest way to find this is the number which is divisible by all. Add a number of your choice to it, but lesser than all three, you are done.

However, for making it the least adding 1 is the only option.

27 × 10 = 270

30 × 9 = 270

90 × 3 = 270
