A number is divisible by 11 when the sum of the digits at the odd places and the sum of the digits at the even places are either equal or a multiple of 11
In 653*47,
6+3+4=13
5+*+7=12+*
13=12+*
*=1
The least value for * is 1

It will be one.
By divisibility rule of 11
sum of digits on odd place=7+1+5=13
sum of digits on even place=4+3+6=13
Now,
13-13=0
0 is divisible by 11.
So,653147 will divisible by 11.
