here is the answer of your question

area of rectangle =l×b

so, 168=7×b

b=

24.

so diagonal =under root a ^2 +b^2

so, under root 24^2 +7^2

=the 625

so under root 625=25

diagonal =25.

hope it helps you

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

25 is the correct answer

area of rectangle=l*b

168=7*l

l=168/7

l=24cm

we know that each angle of rectangle is of 90 degree

so

apply pythagoras theorem

let the rectangle be abcd

we know ab=24cm and bc=7cm

so,

(AC)^2=(AB)^2+(BC)^2

(AC)^2=576+49

(AC)^2=625

AC=25CM...
