In square ABCD , AB = 7 units

We have formula for finding diagonal of square :-

\huge{\boxed{\boxed{\green{\sf{d \: = \: {\sqrt{2}}a}}}}}

Where,

d = diagonal

a = side of square

___________[Put Values]

\large{\sf{D \: =\: {\sqrt{2}} \times 7}}

\LARGE{\implies}{\boxed{\sf{D \: = \: 9.9 \: units}}}

 \large \underline{ \underline{ \sf \: Solution : \:  \:  \: }}

Given ,

 \starSide of a square = 7 units

We know that ,

 \large  \sf \fbox{ \fbox{Diagonal  \: of \:  square = \sqrt{2}  \times side}}

 \implies \sf Diagonal =  \sqrt{2}  \times 7 \\  \\  \implies \sf Diagonal =7 \sqrt{2}  \:  \: units

Hence , 7√2 units is the required value
