Given- length of the photograph = 32cm
          -breadth of the photograph = 21cm

Now,Perimeter= 2(l + b)
                        = 2(32 + 21) cm
                        = 2 × 53 cm
                        = 106 cm 
According to the Question, it has asked the length of the wooden strip which would be required to frame rectangular photograph.
Thus, we would need the perimeter of the rectangle to get the perfect length of the wooden strip needed for framing the photograph.
And as we have already found the perimeter,
