the distance traveled in one revolution of a wheel is equal to the perimeter(circumference)
of the wheel
that is in one revolution it travels a linear distance of 2π(radius) radius = diameter /2 = 18
hence distance traveled is 2π(radius) = 2π(18) = 36π
