Answer is 10mm.

More details:

If the width of the atrium in cerebral lateral ventricle in the fetus is less than 10, it is considered as normal growth of the fetus head.

When the value exceeds 10mm, it means the ventricles are dilated. This abnormality is called 'Ventriculomegaly'. The baby born may have a large head. If the measurement is 10 to 15mm, it is considered as mild ventriculomegaly and above 15mm is considered a severe condition.

The lower limit of the lateral ventricle in fetus is 10 mm.

Explanation:

If the cerebral lateral ventricle width is below 10 mm then the growth of the head of the fetus is normal. If the width of the ventricle is above 10 mm then the baby will born with large head and will be called Ventriculomegaly. If the width of the ventricle between 10-15 mm then it is called the mild Ventriculomegaly and if the width is above 15 mm then it will be the serious condition.
