you don't need the mass of the earth and the radius of the earth to get the answer.
The force which the earth exerts on the 1Kg mass is given by F=m×g
and this same F is = GmM÷R∆2
To determine the value of acceleration due to gravity(i.e-g)we equate them both and get the value of g as 9.8metres per second squared
But for your question there is no need of the mass of the earth and it's radius
