What is the main difference between a federal form of government
and a unitary one? Explain with an example

fedral form of government usually have more than one layer of government , but in unitary form there is only one central government.

as for example in Bhutan has unitary while Nepal has fedral government (three layer ie. central, provincial and local gov.)
