What is the main difference between nasal hair and cilia?
Please explain it

Nose hair is actual HAIR - which grow out of hair follicles... and cilia are little tiny things which look like hairs - but they're not hairs. But they do perform some of the same services for you - they catch garbage which tries to get down your lungs. But the cilia constantly pass the stuff up - they're little living garbage trucks which gently push stuff out of your lungs.
