• There are 2 types of conducting tissues.
1. Xylem
It conducts water from soil to the leaves, and also provides support to the plant.
2. Phloem
It conducts food from leaves to various parts of the the plant.
• Xylem and Phloem together form vascular bundle in stem while they remain sperate from each other in roots.
