solution: 

Pollution is the undesirable matters in our environment.

So if it is in air we call it air pollution.
if in water we call  water pollution.
if undesirable noise is present then we call noise pollution
and so on.

So we will discuss about water pollution and its causes and consequences.

So causes about water pollution.

So how water pollution causes and who causes it.

The answer for second question is very obvious that its we human being in this planet cause water pollution.

So  how we cause it?

~ we throw our garbage and unnecessary things in river water and pollute it .

~We bath our cattle's  and utensil in river water and dirty the water.

~ In some places flowers , food items are thrown in water  due to some specific purpose and we pollute the water.

~ Industries throw their waste chemicals into rive water and pollute it. due to this even fishes get killed.

~people from urban areas connect the sewage  pipes and the throw the untreated sewage into river water.

~so people  even throw dead bodies  into water bodies.

Consequence is this 

~ water gets polluted.

~ Many harmful diseases breed in such places and affect our own lives.

~ water creatures  get killed due to pollution.

~ Eutrophication takes place of water bodies.

So its very important for us to keep out water bodies clean so that we can live our life in peace.
