what is the main reason between congress and muslim league

congress:-1.it was considered as a  hindu party by britishers during Divide and Rule policy.

2.seperate electorate and reserved seats were less in 1946,but after that it stood first than muslim league.

3.it havent gave seperate electorates to dalits at 1946.

Muslim league:-

1.it is only ffor muslims to vote.

2.it gave right to vote for muslims in 1906,and also gave right to vote for sikhs also in 1932

3.and it also gave right to vote for dalits also.
