The major differences between the 3 sets is that:
1) Questions are interchanged.
2) Some questions may be changed (for eg., numbers may change in maths)

CBSE board examination papers are often made in three sets distributed evenly to the students.
Each set is different from one another, often named as set A, B and C.
The major difference between the three sets is the order of questions asked.
Even if the questions are same, their order is changed so that a student cannot ask answer from a friend sitting next to him or her.
